Cocoon for Megan's baby

Note from Heather:  I have a cousin due with a baby boy at the end of December.  She wanted a bright blue cocoon.  The photo doesn't show it but this Homespun yarn is bright blue.  I followed the directions and was able to knit the cocoon with 1 skein!

Ethan's Cocoon

Note from Heather:  My cousin wanted a green cocoon so her baby could be a pea in the pod.  She was excited to use it.  She put it in her hospital bag.  She said it was useful.  The nurses swaddled Ethan to warm him up and my cousin slipped him right in the cocoon.  My cousin said she then had a parade of nurses in her room to check out the cocoon.  It was made from Lion Brand Thick and Quick so it should be snuggly warm.
